“We employed Pace Project Management to build our shop called ‘The Pita Pit’ in Armagh Street, Christchurch after a tendering process in April 2010.

Pace Project Management (Pace PM) started the build in on the 26th of April and estimated that it would take 7 weeks, with a possible finish date of 11 June. Estimations from The Pita Pit NZ on build times for a shop of our size ranged between 7 and 8 weeks.

Pace PM were well planned and efficient throughout the process. They kept us updated with the building work and ensured we were aware of any problems that arose. They employed competent and professional trades people who did their work diligently and to schedule. 

The shop build was completed two weeks ahead of schedule, with the shop being handed over to us on the 28th of May. Andy Christian, the owner and Manager of Pace PM his team were professional and reliable and we were very pleased to have the shop handed over to so that we could begin trading two weeks earlier than expected.
