Our Q )team is lead by our director Neil Walker. Neil is a Registered Quantity Surveyor and has been a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveying since 1992. We can also work as Principal's Representative (NZS 3915) or as Engineer to the Contract (NZS 3910)
