Vero Insurance were relocated from the original Pace fit out in Vero House on the corner of Cambridge Terrace and Hereford Street after 2011 earthquake. They spent 5 years in temporary offices again fitted out by Pace before leasing floor space in the new building situated on the corner of Hereford and Durham Street which is on the opposite side of the river to the existing tenancy. The site was originally part of King Edward Barracks - along with the cultural significance of the site, the building also boasts a Six Star Green rating. 

Pace Project Management were engaged in 2016, during concept and design stage, we facilitated co-ordination between consultants and various heads of department with-in Vero and Suncorp, the main contractors, various subcontractors and building owners Ngai Tahu Property. 

The fit out comprised of open plan desks and informal break out areas divided between the various company divisions. There are also various sized meeting rooms and a large cafeteria area overlooking the Avon River. The fitout achieved client brief with the latest technological services installed and overall appeal highly valued by the staff.
